Lead industrial marketing for Beedie Ontario: develop and execute marketing strategy, manage project marketing across sales/leasing lifecycles, oversee budgets, campaigns, brand consistency, events, digital and email marketing, and collaborate with stakeholders and agencies.

Maintain corporate accounting records, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform month/quarter/year-end close and consolidation, support audits and GST filings, analyze general ledger activity, assist budgeting/reforecasting, approve invoices, and identify process improvements.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and AP/AR for multiple entities, reconcile accounts, assist treasury and cashflow forecasting, prepare GST/PST filings and tax returns, support month-end close and financial reporting, and provide administrative support to the Family Office.
