Leads accounting and financial operations for a healthcare organization, including financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, cost accounting, cash management, audits, internal controls, and Medicare and Medicaid filings. Partners with executives and the Board on financial analysis and strategic decision-making while ensuring GAAP, regulatory, tax, and reporting compliance. Manages and develops accounting and finance teams.

Provides onsite accounting, finance, and operational support, including account reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, record maintenance, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement. Senior consultants may own key deliverables, coordinate teams, and guide team members. The role is a 1099 contract opportunity based onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and quarter-end closes, manage audit readiness, prepare financial reports, and drive process improvement initiatives.
