Oversee supervisors and packing-house staff, machinery, inventory, production efficiency, food safety, regulatory compliance, employee training, reporting, and process improvements. Resolve operational issues, communicate with leadership and sales, and ensure quality, productivity, and workforce performance in a high-volume, noisy environment.
