Leads Bedrock Energy’s commercial function, owning go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, long-term deal structuring, and revenue growth. The role personally closes major geothermal energy deals, builds relationships with real estate owners and developers, develops repeatable sales processes, and recruits and coaches the commercial team. Responsibilities also include CRM and forecasting systems, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations, and communicating commercial performance to company leadership and the board.

Operate a coiled tubing drilling unit and lead real-time field drilling operations. Direct a small crew during drilling, tripping, rig-up, rig-down, and bore swaps; control drilling parameters; monitor subsurface conditions; coordinate mud and pump operations; maintain tooling, equipment readiness, inspections, and basic repairs; document job data and daily reports; and reinforce safety, SOP compliance, and crew development.

Leads end-to-end delivery of commercial-scale geothermal construction projects and builds a scalable field operations organization. Oversees operations engineering, field operations, reliability engineering, deployment, project P&Ls, safety, permitting, procurement, logistics, fleet expansion, and operational playbooks. Establishes KPIs, processes, team structures, risk matrices, and investment priorities while partnering with technology, product, strategy, finance, and executive leadership to improve project margins and deploy automation.
