Manages base pay, incentive compensation, job evaluation, salary surveys, performance management, and compensation compliance. Advises business leaders on complex compensation matters, maintains competitive and equitable programs, coaches team members, and monitors market trends. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, four years of compensation experience, and one year of people management experience.

Leads the creation and operation of a centralized procurement Buy Desk. Establishes purchasing processes, guided buying, vendor governance, workflow approvals, and performance metrics. Manages and develops a procurement operations team while partnering with sourcing, finance, legal, risk, technology, and business stakeholders. Drives procurement transformation, system implementation, change management, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Designs and supports hybrid cloud networking infrastructure across Azure environments, including hub-and-spoke, Virtual WAN, VPN, ExpressRoute, routing, and DNS. Leads infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, governance, and security initiatives. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, develops architecture standards, documents solutions, mentors engineers, conducts code reviews, and partners with technical and business stakeholders. Participates in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours deployments.
