Lead strategy and roadmap for BECU's digital banking and mobile experiences. Drive vendor selection and RFPs, manage vendor relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payments, Fraud, Cybersecurity, Marketing), use data and member feedback to improve adoption and UX, define metrics, and champion continuous improvement.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll guide members through mortgage processes, build relationships, mentor teammates, and support community outreach, all aiming to enhance the homeownership experience.
