Serve as trusted advisor for business members across multiple branches, driving growth through proactive outreach, prospecting, and cross-selling. Identify and structure business lending up to $250K, analyze financials, coach branch teams, resolve escalations, represent BECU in the community, and report on loan production and goals while frequently traveling across a regional territory.

Support and enhance Power Automate and back-office platforms by designing, coding, testing, and maintaining automation and integration solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, build prototypes, implement CI/CD and TDD practices, and drive continuous improvement under senior guidance.

Lead test strategy, automation, and performance engineering across web, mobile, and data systems. Build frameworks, run performance tests, mentor engineers, improve CI/CD test reliability, and define testing standards to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery.
