The Sr Marketing Technologist will manage BECU's marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and enabling personalization and campaign execution through various integrations and data flows.

Lead development of end-to-end member lifecycle marketing: journey mapping, segmentation, marketing model strategy, channel expansion, data-driven performance analysis, forecasting/ROI, cross-functional leadership, budget stewardship, and executive reporting to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Lead delivery of onboarding and access product experiences (authentication, enrollment, card issuance, wallet integrations). Own roadmap, prioritize backlogs, define KPIs, and partner with marketing, technology, vendors, risk, and compliance to improve activation and retention in the first 90 days.
