Lead and manage a regional agronomy team to drive sales by creating and reviewing quarterly activity plans, training Field Agronomists and Seed Advisors, coordinating product launches and plots, developing customer-facing content, supporting sales activities, and partnering with research and sales leadership to execute regional business strategies.

Support development, implementation, and maintenance of safety, environmental, and DOT programs. Inspect facilities, safety equipment, and compliance; train employees; maintain DOT program; record and report safety/health/environmental issues; communicate with Safety Department and location leads; perform other duties as required.

Serve as territory seed advisor by recruiting and developing dealers, growing sales and customer relationships, promoting company programs, resolving agronomic challenges, coordinating dealership operations, and providing feedback to leadership. Represent the Beck's brand at events and support dealer performance, training, and accountability.
