Lead accounting and control for Cytiva UK & Ireland: prepare statutory accounts, manage local audits and tax filings, ensure accurate financial reporting and US GAAP closes, maintain balance sheet, analyze P&L movements, operate in a SOX environment, and support global process and transactional flows.

Lead and develop a program management team to deliver cross-functional lifecycle programs across software, hardware, workflows and systems. Ensure portfolio governance, resource alignment, risk management, DBS-aligned standard work, and executive reporting.
