Provides in-house legal support to construction, architecture, and design-build teams throughout project lifecycles. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and lenders; advises on legal and business risks; supports HR and corporate leadership; manages insurance claims and coverage matters; and uses AI and technology to improve legal workflows.

Supports construction project administration and documentation under senior project management staff. Responsibilities include maintaining drawings and project logs, reviewing submittals, coordinating RFIs, documenting meetings and as-builts, assisting with procurement and closeout, pricing change orders, supporting quality management, and enforcing safety standards. The role requires collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and project team members in an active job-site environment.

Coordinates architectural projects with project managers and designers, managing budgets, schedules, documentation, communication, staffing, and client needs. Leads or designs smaller projects, supervises and mentors team members, manages fee budgets, supports programming, and contributes to business development. The role requires strong architectural knowledge, proficiency with SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools, plus collaboration within an integrated design and construction environment.
