Document solutions through multimedia knowledge bases, deliver customer and peer training, streamline deployments, and develop automated service-healing procedures. The role also contributes to technical blogs, white papers, and case studies while collaborating with globally distributed teams and supporting Microsoft, IBM, Atlassian, Slack, and AWS technology environments.
