Greet customers, assist with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, present pricing/incentives, negotiate and close sales, complete paperwork, follow up with leads, handle phone and internet inquiries, and use dealership CRM systems to build customer relationships.

Locate and recover assigned assets through investigations, debtor and collateral searches, client and debtor communication, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance. Work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet recovery targets.

Contact delinquent borrowers via outbound calls to secure payment arrangements, locate hard-to-find customers, escalate repos or legal when needed, document all activity, meet collection targets, and work with recovery/repo agents while following FDCPA/FCRA compliance.
