Develops and manages destination marketing, digital advertising, social media, website, SEO, and content campaigns for Visit Palatka. Creates branded photo, video, graphic, written, newsletter, and promotional content; manages publishing calendars and online engagement; tracks campaign performance and ROI using analytics; maintains website information; builds tourism partnerships; supports public relations, community outreach, visitor inquiries, and promotional events.

Locate and recover assigned assets, investigate debtors and collateral, communicate with clients and debtors, maintain accurate recovery records, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires independent work, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of background and drug screening. A recovery agent license is preferred but not required, with training available. Compensation is commission-based with a flexible schedule.

Contact delinquent borrowers via outbound calls to secure payment arrangements, locate hard-to-find customers, escalate repos or legal when needed, document all activity, meet collection targets, and work with recovery/repo agents while following FDCPA/FCRA compliance.

Greet customers, assist with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, present pricing/incentives, negotiate and close sales, complete paperwork, follow up with leads, handle phone and internet inquiries, and use dealership CRM systems to build customer relationships.
