Lead and deliver detailed cost estimates across industrial, water, power, defence and buildings projects. Provide technical estimating advice, ensure robust estimation practices, mentor junior estimators, liaise with stakeholders, and apply AACE classification methodologies to manage contingency, escalation and risk.

Lead the evolution of Beca's finance platforms by designing and delivering scalable, secure finance system solutions. Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to define roadmap, facilitate workshops, embed data governance and integrations, and drive continuous improvement using automation, analytics and AI. Ensure documentation, controls and compliance are maintained while identifying opportunities to enhance system performance.
