Senior executive leading sales and marketing for a mountain resort. Develops data-driven strategies across transient, group, conference and catering segments, leverages analytics/AI and technology platforms, leads directors, manages budgets and forecasting, drives direct bookings, CRM and digital marketing, and presents performance to leadership and the HOA Board.

Manage the resort reservations team and operations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Oversee inventory allocation across homeowner, transient, and group segments, leverage PMS/CRM and AI forecasting tools, coach staff on sales and service, monitor KPIs, partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Front Office, and manage departmental budget and compliance.
