Lead and build the group-wide People Engine: own recruitment for senior hires, design A‑Player standards, implement performance and org‑planning frameworks, design remuneration and incentives, coach leaders, select and deploy an HR tech stack (including AI tools), and scale people systems across white‑ and blue‑collar workforces to support aggressive growth.

Handle inbound customer enquiries; prepare accurate quotes; process orders end-to-end; source and compare supplier quotes; coordinate deliveries and documentation; liaise with warehouse and other teams; maintain accurate records in company systems.
