Manage a St. Louis territory of aesthetics provider accounts, increasing Hydrafacial consumable utilization, device purchases, patient volume, and practice revenue. Build business plans, deliver clinical and business training, conduct demonstrations and events, support loyalty programs, and collaborate with sales and training teams. Maintain customer activity in Salesforce while traveling extensively and representing the brand at events and trade shows.

Provides hands-on device installation, clinical training, refresher education, and treatment demonstrations for Hydrafacial providers across North New England. Supports provider onboarding, treatment protocol adoption, trade shows, regional events, CRM documentation, territory routing, and collaboration with sales and education teams. Requires extensive travel, skincare expertise, strong organization, and the ability to train healthcare and esthetics professionals.

Leads sales training and provider education across EMEA, developing onboarding, product, sales, and clinical training programs. Partners with sales, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and global training teams; coaches regional teams and distributors; delivers in-person and virtual sessions, demonstrations, events, and field coaching. Oversees training logistics, resources, reporting, and team development while supporting strategic planning and frequent international travel.
