Leads cross-functional product launches, process improvements, technology transfers, line trials, and commercialization activities. Manages Project Managers and technical specialists, oversees risk assessments, budgets, timelines, quality requirements, packaging engineering, and manufacturing scale-up. Partners with R&I, Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales while tracking OKRs and developing team capabilities. The role also supports documentation, continuous improvement, customer communication, and safe, efficient production execution.

Manages low-to-moderate complexity commercialization and product launch projects in a manufacturing environment. Owns project timelines, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks risks, leads customer and internal meetings, and drives launch readiness across development, pilot, line trial, and production activities. The role supports PAD, OTIF, and RFT goals, maintains project data and ERP updates, conducts post-launch reviews, and uses AI and automation tools to improve coordination, reporting, and execution.

Leads and develops project management teams while overseeing project execution, launch readiness, customer satisfaction, KPIs, resource allocation, escalations, and process improvement. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Research and Innovation, and Sales. Manages high-risk customer-facing projects, commercialization initiatives, personnel development, CAPAs, investigations, and adoption of AI and automation tools.

Supervises machine operator training, line trials, equipment setup, and setup-sheet accuracy in an industrial manufacturing environment. Leads downtime reduction, equipment modifications, maintenance reliability, wear-parts planning, and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, ensures safety compliance, interprets technical drawings, and supports commercialization of manufacturing equipment for personal care products.
