Operate processing equipment to manufacture personal-care product batches per formulas and GMP/SOPs; complete batch records; sanitize and set up equipment; follow safety rules; assist in training; troubleshoot process issues; lift and move heavy materials and maintain clean work area.

Perform assembly and packaging of finished personal care products following GMP, safety procedures, and quality inspection. Operate on a paced production line (bottling, capping, sorting, packaging), maintain housekeeping, assist with machine cleaning/changeovers, and work flexible schedules including overtime and occasional Saturdays. Must meet physical demands and safety requirements.

Lead a team of production associates to assemble quality personal care products, enforce SOPs, GMP and safety, maintain paperwork and materials, and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards.

Manage production supervisors and floor staff to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality manufacture of personal care products. Oversee schedules, KPIs, budgets, staffing, new product launches, quoting, and lean implementation while mentoring supervisors.

Supervise second-shift production lines for personal care products, manage leads, coordinators, associates, temps and mechanics, ensure schedule and budget adherence, monitor KPIs, coordinate launches with Compounding and Scheduling, implement lean manufacturing, maintain safety and quality, and assist the Production Manager.

Lead and align manufacturing support engineering teams to company objectives. Drive machine maintenance, inventory management, downtime response, continuous improvement, safety/compliance, change management, budget/resource optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain production efficiency and innovation.

Lead and develop the Quality function for CPG/OTC personal care manufacturing: implement QA/QC/microbiology processes, ensure cGMP and FDA compliance, develop SOPs, execute audits and CAPAs, define KPIs, manage budget and a team, and drive quality culture and training.

Perform cleaning and sanitization of production machinery and equipment per GMPs and procedures, including CIP/SIP, pump breakdown, and documentation. Maintain safety, physical tasks, and punctual attendance; assist operations as needed.

Manage product costing, pricing, inventory valuation, month-end close, COGS and KPI reporting. Analyze variances, update standard costs, support audits, lead cycle counts, maintain Sage X3 pricing, collaborate with production, sales, and purchasing to improve cost controls and support budgeting and forecasts.

Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods on production lines following GMP, safety procedures, and detailed instructions. Maintain cleanliness, perform machine part cleaning and changeovers, ensure product coding and quality, and work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as needed.

Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and fixtures. Support equipment sourcing and qualification, troubleshoot production issues, drive cost reduction and continuous improvement (Lean/DFM), analyze process data, mentor junior engineers, train operators, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and maintain compliance and safety.
