Cleans and sanitizes production machinery, equipment, tanks, pumps, filters, hoses, surfaces, and containers according to established procedures and GMPs. Performs CIP and SIP processes, dismantles and cleans pumps, completes required documentation, and stages cleaned equipment. The role requires punctual attendance, teamwork, physical strength, frequent bending and climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds, manipulating heavy drums, and working around chemicals, machinery, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.

Ensures personal care products meet quality and regulatory standards by analyzing quality data, reviewing batch records, conducting laboratory testing, maintaining compliance documentation, investigating deviations, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role manages laboratory inventory, supports audits and QA/QC operations, and trains junior specialists on the Quality Management System. Required capabilities include microbiological testing, HPLC, ICP-MS, regulatory knowledge, laboratory safety, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving.

Conducts inspections and microbiological, analytical, organoleptic, and physical testing of personal care products. Monitors quality data, investigates out-of-specification results, supports corrective actions, maintains regulatory documentation and laboratory records, calibrates equipment, manages inventory, and assists with environmental monitoring. Ensures compliance with product specifications, FDA, ISO, and applicable laboratory standards while maintaining safe handling of hazardous materials and cultures.

Performs microbiological testing and quality control activities for personal care products and materials. Responsibilities include operating autoclaves, preparing sterilized media, collecting and testing water samples, maintaining laboratory records, coordinating third-party testing, managing microbiological cultures and hazardous waste, verifying laboratory equipment maintenance, and supporting inventory control and continuous improvement. The role requires proficiency in microbiology techniques, laboratory safety, documentation, and regulatory testing standards.

Lead a team of production associates to assemble quality personal care products, enforce SOPs, GMP and safety, maintain paperwork and materials, and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards.

Manage production supervisors and floor staff to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality manufacture of personal care products. Oversee schedules, KPIs, budgets, staffing, new product launches, quoting, and lean implementation while mentoring supervisors.

Lead and align manufacturing support engineering teams to company objectives. Drive machine maintenance, inventory management, downtime response, continuous improvement, safety/compliance, change management, budget/resource optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain production efficiency and innovation.

Lead and develop the Quality function for CPG/OTC personal care manufacturing: implement QA/QC/microbiology processes, ensure cGMP and FDA compliance, develop SOPs, execute audits and CAPAs, define KPIs, manage budget and a team, and drive quality culture and training.

Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and fixtures. Support equipment sourcing and qualification, troubleshoot production issues, drive cost reduction and continuous improvement (Lean/DFM), analyze process data, mentor junior engineers, train operators, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and maintain compliance and safety.
