Manage a nonprofit Google Ads account, maintain Google Ad Grants compliance, create and optimize campaigns, monitor performance, analyze advertising metrics, update the Marketing Performance Dashboard, and provide recommendations. The intern will also document campaign changes, maintain compliance records, and prepare a semester-end handoff while receiving mentorship from the Marketing Director.

Supports day-to-day business operations through inbox, mail, organizational systems, Google Workspace, payroll administration, team engagement, merchandise management, and CEO calendar and email coordination. The role also supports leadership meetings, tracks action items, manages quarterly projects, and provides cross-functional administrative assistance in a faith-based nonprofit environment.
