Build and operate BeatStars' marketing operating system: implement lifecycle automations, run paid media, build dashboards and AI-assisted tooling, ship GTM launches, and translate CEO strategy into measurable, automated marketing workflows. Hands-on work includes SQL and scripting, API integrations (Claude/GPT), automation platforms (n8n/Zapier/Make), and leading a flexible contractor bench to execute campaigns and assets.

The Lead Back-End Engineer will design, write, and review production code, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance backend practices and code quality.

Lead research and development in generative AI for music, design and deploy ML models, work across teams, and mentor future researchers.
