Develops new business and manages client relationships for integrated broadcast, digital, streaming, event, and experiential advertising solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting marketing proposals, creating customized strategies, securing sponsorships, growing accounts, meeting revenue goals, researching markets, managing CRM records, forecasting sales, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns.

Generates qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Conducts multi-channel outreach, manages high-volume activities, schedules discovery meetings, completes qualification worksheets, and books meetings for Account Executives. Nurtures prospects, meets monthly meeting goals, learns company brands and digital advertising channels, and participates in ongoing training. This fully remote role includes a 90-day onboarding and ramp period.

Serve as the front-desk receptionist while managing accounts payable: process and review invoices, perform payment runs (checks/ACH/wires), reconcile accounts, support month-end close, maintain AP records, and manage vendor relations and office operations including mail, deliveries, and supply coordination.
