Oversee engineering, installation, and profitability while coordinating multiple projects across the Southeast.

Lead outbound inside sales outreach, build B2B relationships and pipeline, sell BearCom products from partner manufacturers, manage sales funnel and KPIs, hit quarterly targets, communicate via phone and email, and collaborate with sales teams and branches.
