Coordinates multiple technical and construction-related projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing resources, schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, documentation, quality activities, stakeholder communications, client requirements, and project issues. The role supports Project Managers, monitors progress and profitability, coordinates internal teams, and helps ensure deadlines, customer objectives, and project standards are met. Travel may reach 25% as needed.

Leads strategic finance and corporate FP&A, owning integrated financial models, budgeting, forecasting, lender and investor reporting, covenant analysis, liquidity forecasting, and board materials. Partners with executives and private equity sponsors on operational initiatives, M&A, financings, valuation, and enterprise value creation. Builds data infrastructure, dashboards, and automated reporting workflows using tools such as SQL and Power BI.

Assistant Controller responsible for leading accounting operations, general ledger accuracy, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition integration. The role manages accounting staff, oversees controls and reconciliations, improves finance processes, and supports financial systems including JDE and NetSuite. A CPA, strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and at least 10 years of accounting or finance experience are required.
