Provides technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, integration, installation, and configuration for electronic security, video surveillance, and access control systems. Coordinates customer service calls, diagnoses performance issues, performs audits and upgrades, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports project and sales teams. Maintains customer relationships through consultation and responsive technical service.

Leads global HR strategy in partnership with the VP of HR, overseeing multiple HR functions including compensation and operations. Designs international compensation structures, salary bands, incentive programs, and market benchmarking across North America and Latin America. Owns Paycom HRIS optimization, cross-border payroll operations, compliance, talent acquisition integration, and HR team development. This hybrid role is based in Garland, Texas, with occasional international travel.

Manages physical security integration projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, permits, materials, subcontractors, installations, budgets, profitability, change orders, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. Coordinates engineering and installation activities across multiple projects, maintains schedules, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Extensive travel across the Southeast is required.
