Regional sales professional responsible for acquiring new accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, developing referral partners, and growing revenue across hospitality and related verticals. Duties include prospecting, presentations, negotiations, quota achievement, market research, CRM reporting, trade show participation, and securing RaaS agreements. The role collaborates with robotics field engineers, customer success, marketing, and product teams to support deployments, customer experience, and product growth.

Support the CTO by managing technical operations, coordinating projects and milestones, capturing action items, organizing technical documentation, managing executive calendar and communications, and liaising across departments while working across US and Korea time zones.

Design, build, test, and maintain the mission behavior engine for robots across the stack: core behavior capabilities, scalable APIs, cloud integrations, AI/NLP configuration, and backend infrastructure. Own projects from design through deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality via testing and CI, and drive architectural decisions.
