Own global accounting policies and reporting for inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition, COGS, depreciation, and warranty provisions across US, UK, and Ireland entities. The role performs journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, technical accounting under US GAAP and IFRS, financial controls, audit support, tax compliance, ERP automation, and financial statement preparation. Requires cross-functional collaboration, global entity management, and occasional international travel.

Manage global audit relationships, tax compliance, statutory and group financial statements, equity accounting, share-based compensation, and financial controls. Support subsidiary close, reconciliations, technical accounting under US GAAP and IFRS, board reporting, fundraising and M&A requests, and ERP-driven finance automation. The role also maintains accounting policies, legal-entity compliance, and cross-functional partnerships across international operations.

Lead and execute AMR channel strategy in Japan: recruit and onboard distributors/resellers/SIs, co-lead GTM with partners, set and operate partner KPIs, enable partners with training and materials, track market/competition, design channel governance, and report to leadership.
