Lead design, development, and implementation of robotics software systems and algorithms, focusing on navigation and integration with robotic platforms.

Develop and operate systems necessary for autonomous delivery robots, research interactions with surroundings, and conduct preliminary research for next-gen robotics platform.

Lead Bear Robotics' end-to-end IT function as a hands-on, player-coach. Own IT strategy, systems, infrastructure, security, identity/access, ITGCs and audit readiness (SOX/SOC2/ISO). Administer core SaaS, networking, endpoints, service delivery, vendor/asset management, documentation, and support. Build policies, controls, and a scalable IT team for public-company readiness.
