Develop and operate systems necessary for autonomous delivery robots, research interactions with surroundings, and conduct preliminary research for next-gen robotics platform.

Lead Bear Robotics' end-to-end IT function as a hands-on, player-coach. Own IT strategy, systems, infrastructure, security, identity/access, ITGCs and audit readiness (SOX/SOC2/ISO). Administer core SaaS, networking, endpoints, service delivery, vendor/asset management, documentation, and support. Build policies, controls, and a scalable IT team for public-company readiness.

The Technical Sales Manager will focus on technical sales of autonomous mobile robots and automation solutions, identifying opportunities and implementing projects with manufacturing customers in Vietnam.
