Provide professional cosmetology services (hair removal, nails, skin care) to spa guests, follow sanitation and spa protocols, promote retail/home care, complete inventory/restocking, uphold guest service standards, and assist team operations during peak periods.

Provide HR administrative support across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HRIS/timekeeping systems. Lead new hire orientation, coordinate background checks and drug tests, maintain HR records and organizational charts, advise staff on HR policies, handle employment verifications and unemployment requests, and support team engagement and HR reporting to ensure compliance and positive employee experience.
