Supports automotive marketing initiatives across social media, dealer websites, events, promotional materials, online reviews, inventory, invoices, and budget tracking. Coordinates event logistics, contests, premiums, and marketing workflow while reporting fiscal updates to marketing and finance leadership. Requires familiarity with social media, content platforms, paid search, SEO, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Coordinates automotive service appointments and manages inbound and outbound calls and text communications. Provides customer service, answers service questions, sends reminders, follows up after service, handles recalls and campaigns, updates dealership scheduling systems, resolves concerns, and supports customer retention. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the first customer contact for automotive service needs by managing inbound and outbound calls, text communications, appointment scheduling, service reminders, post-service follow-up, customer concerns, and retention efforts. Maintain accurate dealership service schedules, provide professional assistance, escalate issues when needed, and support a positive customer experience. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, organizational skills, computer and phone proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and motor vehicle record screening.
