Coordinates automotive service appointments and manages inbound, outbound, and text communications with customers. Provides service information, reminders, follow-up, issue resolution, and customer retention support. Maintains dealership scheduling systems, routes calls, monitors feedback, and escalates concerns when needed. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, professionalism, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the Service Concierge/first point of contact for customers via inbound/outbound calls and texts. Schedule and manage service appointments, update dealership systems, follow up post-service, handle inquiries and escalations, and drive customer retention through timely communication and relationship-building.

Arrange and secure vehicle financing and leases, sell aftermarket products (GAP, service contracts, credit insurance), process and control all sales paperwork, ensure correct title/registration and lien information, submit deals to accounting within 72 hours, support sales managers, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local finance regulations.
