Own strategic enterprise accounts from value-case development through deployment, renewal, and expansion. Serve as executive sponsor contact, coordinate sales, project management, and engineering teams, prove measurable ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customer retention. The role requires deep supply chain or data infrastructure expertise, enterprise consulting or software experience, strong project-management instincts, and the ability to communicate with both supply chain executives and technical teams.
