Automotive Sales Consultant responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with a high-performing dealership team. Greet and assist customers, handle front-desk administrative tasks, manage high-volume customer interactions, maintain organization and communications, and support team operations in a busy automotive dealership.

Provide clerical and word-processing support for the dealership business office: handle mail, customer inquiries/complaints, prepare invoices/receipts, maintain confidential files, support accounting/service clerical tasks, manage office equipment, order supplies, record minutes, and assist with travel and meeting logistics.
