Lead and manage enterprise insurance and risk programs (excluding health/benefits), oversee renewals and vendors, conduct actuarial and accounting analysis, negotiate collateral and captives, run RFPs, support acquisition-related insurance consolidation, and lead cross-functional risk projects.

Manage daily and long-term staffing for multiple routes and locations: monitor coverage, respond to call-outs, maintain staffing records, analyze absenteeism/overtime trends, coordinate with recruiting, ensure compliance, and support onboarding and credential tracking.

Supervise the routing team and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction. Oversee routing requests, triage and de-escalate client issues, onboard and train users on the ADROIT dashboard, coordinate routing schedules, monitor Slack channels, collect customer data, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve service and platform functionality.
