Supports NJ TRANSIT accessible services certification by providing customer information, booking trips, conducting transportation assessment interviews, performing on-site path-of-travel assessments, researching collected information, reviewing assessments, participating in certification committees, and overseeing community-based assessment agencies. The role works primarily in the field and requires knowledge of disabilities, accessibility, organization, and independent and collaborative work skills.

Oversee and improve administrative operations, including policy development, cross-department workflows, billing and payroll oversight, documentation, internal systems, technology implementation, reporting, KPI tracking, procurement, fleet coordination, vendor relationships, budgeting, and expense monitoring.

Supervise transportation operations, including drivers, bus attendants, and other personnel. Coordinate daily workflows, support operational planning, manage client and supplier records, monitor expenses, improve productivity, assist with recruiting and onboarding, train new hires, enforce policies, and collaborate across departments to optimize business performance.
