Directs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, tax functions, accounting policies, internal controls, and risk management. Analyzes financial performance and complex data, oversees departmental budgets, manages accounting professionals, trains staff, and guides financial decisions. The role requires progressive finance or accounting experience and preferably supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, and transportation operations knowledge.

Leads regional talent acquisition strategy and hiring performance across assigned markets. Partners with operations leaders on workforce planning, staffing challenges, recruiting metrics, candidate experience, and labor-market insights. Drives adoption of Workday, Leena AI, automation, and process improvements while ensuring compliant hiring practices and accurate records. Focuses on high-volume recruitment for frontline operational roles and presents hiring updates to regional leadership.

Assist school-age students during van transportation, including boarding, securing seat belts and car seats, and exiting safely. Monitor and guide student behavior, report concerns, communicate with students, families, teachers, and staff, use a two-way radio, follow instructions, and support children with special needs. The role requires lifting and physical ability to install safety seats, along with background, CORI/SORI, and drug-screen clearance.
