Work directly with engineering teams across multiple portfolio software companies to accelerate feature delivery, improve production reliability, review technical designs, automate manual processes, and support hiring. The role involves working in existing codebases, collaborating with small teams, influencing engineering decisions, and teaching teams to use agentic development and AI coding tools effectively.

Build and scale Beacon’s governance, risk, compliance, and privacy function across the company and its portfolio of SaaS businesses. Lead enterprise security, AI and data governance, privacy, third-party risk, and posture reporting. Hands-on, guide portfolio companies through SOC 2, ISO 27001, accessibility, and other certifications. Establish common controls, automate compliance workflows with AI, and create scalable reporting and cross-functional processes.

The HR Business Partner will lead HR strategy and People Operations across Beacon and its acquired companies. Responsibilities include workforce and talent planning, executive and manager coaching, employee relations, performance and compensation programs, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems and vendor oversight, workforce data integrity, compliance controls, and organizational change. The role partners with senior leadership to build scalable people processes across a fast-growing, distributed technology organization.
