Processes affordable housing income certifications, recertifications, Section 8 billing, and TRACS transmissions. Guides applicants through leasing, maintains waiting lists, prepares lease packages, conducts resident orientations, and assists with rent collection. Maintains budgets and records while delivering professional customer service, protecting confidentiality, and complying with housing regulations and company policies.
