Lead front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest service, manage floor pacing and staff, enforce compliance and safety, train and develop employees, handle administrative duties (scheduling, payroll accuracy, audits, reviews), and support the GM to meet sales, cost, and quality targets.

Provide friendly, timely beverage service to restaurant guests, take and input drink orders into POS, assist servers with clearing glassware, maintain stocked and sanitary service areas, monitor guest alcohol consumption per policies, and follow safety and attendance standards.

Perform daily restaurant bookkeeping: reconcile sales, deposits, payroll and tip pools; enter invoices and employee data; assist with reports, audits, and general office support including phone/email handling and recordkeeping compliance.
