Provides direct administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including calendar and meeting management, agenda and materials preparation, communications coordination, event logistics, confidential information handling, expense tracking, reimbursements, and general administrative assistance across two companies.

Manage daily operations of an affordable housing community, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and program regulations. Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, resident relations, documentation, reporting, and audit-readiness. Serve as primary contact for residents, vendors, and regulators while balancing compassionate service with policy enforcement.
