Conducts applicant interviews, evaluates financial statements, debt structures, repayment capacity, and business environments, and prepares business reviews and loan approval recommendations. The role requires detailed financial analysis, strong communication, independent judgment, collaboration, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure.
