Manages national security programs, coordinating with government sponsors, contracting officers, and team managers. Oversees contractor personnel, labor hours, deliverables, staffing, subcontractors, contract execution, and performance against program requirements. Ensures timely delivery of contract artifacts, tracks labor effort, prepares status reports and program reviews, and communicates program progress and disposition to customers. The role requires extensive intelligence-community experience, sponsor-site prime-contractor program management, contract administration, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Supports intelligence operations through counterintelligence evaluation, all-source research and analysis, collection strategy development, written products, briefings, and leadership guidance. Manages multiple research projects, coordinates field and office guidance, presents findings to senior managers, and produces intelligence documentation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires overseas field experience, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and expertise supporting intelligence operations and field activities.
