Design and implement bidirectional Oracle↔Kafka↔MongoDB synchronization using Kafka Connect and CDC. Develop Kafka consumers and streams, perform ETL transformations, load data into MongoDB and back to Oracle, create tests, apply Kafka security, and use DevOps/CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker). Train development and production teams.

Design and develop robust, multi-threaded distributed systems deployed on-premise and in Microsoft Azure. Produce clean, unit-testable Java code (Spring), document architectures using UML/ArchiMate3, implement CI/CD (Jenkins), and develop/integrate REST and SOAP APIs. Influence functional and non-functional requirements and define Agile tasks with estimates.

Senior Java/Python developer to design and implement production-grade backend microservices, integrate machine learning models, improve build processes, follow secure coding and Scrum practices, write technical documentation, and work with Git-based workflows. Role is full-remote with one-week onboarding in The Hague and requires a valid work permit.
