Lead and build a new marketing and communications function: define strategy and brand, deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns for distinct audiences (private clients, recruits, commissioners), grow local presence, own internal communications, manage website and channels, line-manage a small team, control budget, and report impact to the Board to drive growth and reputation.

Provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across Newcastle and Gateshead. Duties include supporting daily living, community access, sometimes driving clients, and delivering or receiving training for clinical tasks (tracheostomy care, cough assist, PEG feeding). Roles include outreach, independent supported living and shift-based care. Applicants should be calm, resilient, good communicators, values-driven and willing to learn.
