Responsibilities include customer visits, product demonstrations, needs assessment, technical support, contract negotiation, order and delivery management, market and competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Serve as the strategic IT liaison to Japan's commercial teams, translating sales and marketing needs into CRM, analytics, and omnichannel solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, AI). Manage demand intake, roadmap, compliance with healthcare regulations, program delivery using agile/PM practices, and measure business impact to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Field sales role selling clinical flow cytometers, automated sample-prep devices, and antibody reagents to hospitals and diagnostic labs. Achieve sales budgets, educate clinicians and lab technologists on flow cytometry, analyze territory and execute strategy, approach new and competitor sites, coordinate with marketing/management, and run training sessions.
