Develop and improve mechanical components and assemblies from concept through series production. Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, define supplier specifications, perform engineering calculations and validations, and support prototyping and testing. Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, quality, production, testing, and electronics teams to deliver manufacturable, high-quality heating and climate product components.

Leads strategic partnerships and a Strategic Account Management team, developing trading terms and account plans to grow Baxi sales. Acts as a senior advisor to key customers, builds executive relationships, negotiates commercial agreements, and aligns customer plans with business objectives. Provides coaching and mentorship while driving commercial awareness, forecasting, planning, negotiation excellence, and brand growth across strategic distribution and merchant partners.

Leads procurement for commercial and DACH business units, owning sourcing and supplier activities for new product development. Partners with R&D, engineering, quality, product management, commodity teams, and international procurement colleagues to deliver timely, cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality product launches. The role develops sourcing strategies, manages supplier selection, improves procurement processes, reduces supply-chain risk, and leads the Business Unit procurement team.
