Assists assurance and audit teams with audit procedures, client communications, working papers, research, and documentation. Learns GAAP, GAAS, and BDO’s audit methodology through structured training and hands-on engagement support. Completes an accounting or audit research project and presents findings. Requires enrollment in an accounting bachelor’s or master’s program, pursuit of CPA credits, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Supports audit engagements through training, research, client communications, working-paper preparation, and accounting or audit analysis. Learns GAAP, GAAS, and BDO’s audit methodology while collaborating with experienced assurance professionals. Presents findings from an assigned research project and contributes to team discussions. The role is designed for accounting students pursuing CPA educational credits.

Supports client engagements focused on identifying, documenting, and defending government incentives such as the R&D Tax Credit. Collaborates with BDO professionals and client leaders across tax, accounting, finance, engineering, software, manufacturing, scientific, and medical functions. Responsibilities include business development research, process improvement, professional communication, project management, technical development, and relationship building while managing multiple deadline-driven projects.
