Support M&A and capital markets transactions by building financial models (DCF, LBO, forecasts), performing company and industry research, preparing pitch and transaction materials, identifying targets/buyers/investors, and communicating with clients and deal counterparties to drive transaction execution.

Lead restructuring and turnaround engagements: advise clients, lenders and stakeholders; prepare and analyze cash flow and financial models; draft reports and recommendations; supervise and develop staff; build referral relationships; manage communications with regulators, courts, creditors and debtors; support practice development and client service delivery.

Lead and advise stakeholders through financial reviews, turnarounds, and restructurings. Build and analyze integrated cash flow/financial models, draft reports, liaise with creditors, regulators and Courts, support practice development, and travel to client and office locations as required.
