Manage workforce planning and resource allocation across service lines and regions. Schedule and track resources, resolve conflicts, optimize utilization, coordinate staffing for projects, and align employee skills with client engagements. Develop utilization reports using Microsoft Excel and internal databases, support resource management policies, improve allocation processes, liaise with external offices, and train staff on new procedures.

Supports third-party assurance engagements involving SOC, ISO, NIST, cybersecurity, AI risk, governance, and compliance frameworks. Evaluates controls, prepares client reports, performs risk and maturity assessments, recommends improvements, maintains policies and control frameworks, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with engagement teams, strong client service, and use of digital tools to improve delivery.

Provides administrative and operational support for CPA student programs, including PERT administration, education tracking, program monitoring, exam-result reporting, CFE preparation logistics, meetings, communications, orientations, and information sessions. The role coordinates with students, mentors, local offices, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance across numerous pre-approved programs.
