Supports corporate restructuring and turnaround engagements by analyzing financial data, building cash flow and projection models, assessing distressed businesses, preparing reports for stakeholders and courts, and executing receiverships, proposals, bankruptcies, and asset sales. The role works with management, lenders, creditors, legal counsel, and advisors while managing multiple engagements. It also contributes to business development and requires strong financial modeling, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Provides technical accounting support to assurance engagement teams on complex IFRS and US GAAP matters. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing accounting standards, evaluating alternatives, preparing technical guidance, monitoring regulatory developments, developing tools and training, consulting with partners and engagement teams, and coaching assurance professionals. The role supports audit quality and consistent engagement execution across public and private companies.
