Leads technology advisory engagements covering IT strategy, data governance, enterprise architecture, business analysis, and requirements definition. Manages project delivery, budgets, risks, quality, and client relationships while developing technology strategies and transformation roadmaps. Advises on operating models, governance, sourcing, and technology-enabled change. The role also mentors consultants, supports business development, and contributes to practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.
