Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder management, reporting, workshops, HCM solution discussions, change management, and cross-functional team leadership. The role requires strong HCM process knowledge, experience with enterprise implementations, data migration, integrations, testing, and Agile or hybrid delivery methods.
