Manage strategic People Experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, improving culture, engagement, benefits, recognition, talent processes, communications, and employee insights. Lead projects, support Workday and Peakon implementation, coordinate engagement and career programs, analyze people data, maintain intranet content, and collaborate nationally with People & Culture teams on process improvements.

Leads enterprise-wide operational excellence, continuous improvement, and operating model implementation across Enterprise Services. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to improve efficiency, service quality, customer experience, and business performance. Responsibilities include process reviews, diagnostics, standardization, business case development, implementation planning, benefits realization, performance reporting, and capability building.

Lead internal audit, risk consulting, governance, and assurance engagements from planning through reporting. Conduct risk assessments, process walkthroughs, control testing, and framework evaluations; develop practical recommendations; present findings to stakeholders; and support risk and compliance framework implementation. The role also involves client relationship management, business development, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple client engagements.
