Organizes, scans, files, and maintains accounting records; accurately manages invoices, payment records, and reports; retrieves documents; performs data entry; supports audits and month-end close; protects confidential financial information; and provides general office support to the accounting department.

Leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, administration, integration, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting legal, finance, HR, and client operations. Oversees platforms including NetSuite, Paycom, Filevine, and Litify; manages implementations, releases, vendors, budgets, data quality, reporting, compliance, disaster recovery, and service operations. Partners with executives and business teams to prioritize roadmaps, improve adoption, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.

Negotiate settlements on bodily injury claims with insurance adjusters; evaluate case value versus litigation; review demand packages and medical records; develop negotiation strategies with legal and case teams; track deadlines, statutes, and offers to maximize client recovery.
