Support field operations with safety activities: conduct site inspections, incident investigations, hazard assessments, documentation/auditing, train and coach staff, assist injury management, and promote Health and Safety Management Systems.

Lead delivery of complex deep foundation and shoring projects from start-up through close-out. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, quality, safety, and multi-disciplinary field teams while mentoring junior staff and engaging clients and consultants.

Lead business systems, data, reporting, AI adoption, and process standardization across Hall Group. Manage system implementations, reporting and dashboard development, pilot AI/automation projects, coordinate vendors and IT, oversee project controls, and drive change management and user adoption to improve operational visibility and scalability.
