Support the Foreman by coordinating daily drilling, piling, pumping, and rigging activities, mentoring crew, maintaining safety and equipment, assisting with planning and inspections, and performing hands-on operation or labouring tasks to meet production goals.

Support Project Manager with project costing, scheduling, document control, change order tracking, subcontractor liaison, site visits (1-2x/week), quality and safety program implementation, and monthly quantity reporting for invoicing.

Perform trench and site pipe installation (PVC, HDPE, concrete), read drawings, direct machinery, mentor labourers, identify soil types, set grade with lasers, rigging, install manholes/catch basins, follow respiratory and safety protocols, and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
