Lead and supervise BCT staff supporting Head Start/Early Head Start grants. Oversee grant lifecycle activities—application review, award processing, monitoring, site visits, risk identification—and coordinate with the Regional Office and COR to ensure compliance, program improvement, and timely deliverables.

Lead and manage delivery of programmatic, grants management, administrative, and technical support for Head Start/Early Head Start recipients. Oversee a team of five, ensure compliance, maintain quality control, manage client relationships, produce reports, and implement process improvements and QA systems. Serve as primary on-site client interface and manage budgets, staff performance, and project documentation.

Support data management and reporting for Head Start grant recipients: validate, cleanse, standardize, and reconcile datasets; maintain metadata and records; run basic SQL queries; use Excel/Smartsheet and document management systems; monitor data quality; support reporting, compliance, audits, and stakeholder coordination to improve data processes and outcomes.
