Supports the Office of Head Start with grant application review, awards administration, recipient performance monitoring, regulatory guidance, waiver processing, site visits, and risk mitigation. Analyzes reports, complaints, funding requests, and school-readiness goals; coordinates with federal staff and technical assistance teams; conducts recipient calls and meetings; supports competitive grant reviews; and helps Head Start programs improve compliance and performance.

Provides high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership in a federal environment. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, executive meetings, correspondence, briefing materials, document workflows, records management, quality control, research, stakeholder coordination, and administrative staff oversight. The role requires discretion, strong writing and editing skills, document governance expertise, and the ability to work primarily onsite near Washington, DC. Occasional travel may be required.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, document preparation and control, records and database maintenance, travel and training coordination, reporting, stakeholder communications, action-item tracking, onboarding support, and office logistics. The role also reviews documents for accuracy, maintains version-controlled records, supports accessibility requirements, and handles sensitive information with discretion.
