Manage federally funded homelessness technical assistance projects supporting Continuums of Care, HUD programs, HMIS, governance, coordinated entry, ESG implementation, reporting, and system performance. Coordinate with HUD, communities, consultants, and internal teams; manage deliverables, develop reports and presentations, facilitate trainings, provide data-informed guidance, contribute to proposals, and support client relationships. The role requires homelessness systems expertise, strong project coordination, communication, and facilitation skills, with approximately 20–30% travel.

Supports the Office of Head Start with grant application review, awards administration, recipient performance monitoring, regulatory guidance, waiver processing, site visits, and risk mitigation. Analyzes reports, complaints, funding requests, and school-readiness goals; coordinates with federal staff and technical assistance teams; conducts recipient calls and meetings; supports competitive grant reviews; and helps Head Start programs improve compliance and performance.

Provides high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership in a federal environment. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, executive meetings, correspondence, briefing materials, document workflows, records management, quality control, research, stakeholder coordination, and administrative staff oversight. The role requires discretion, strong writing and editing skills, document governance expertise, and the ability to work primarily onsite near Washington, DC. Occasional travel may be required.
