Support Office of Head Start grant lifecycle by reviewing applications and budgets, monitoring recipient performance, providing regulatory guidance, conducting site visits, and coordinating with regional staff. Analyze data, assist recipients with HSES, participate in competitive reviews, and help identify and mitigate compliance and program risks.

Lead and supervise BCT staff supporting Head Start/Early Head Start grants. Oversee grant lifecycle activities—application review, award processing, monitoring, site visits, risk identification—and coordinate with the Regional Office and COR to ensure compliance, program improvement, and timely deliverables.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards, infographics, and executive presentations that translate complex datasets into accessible visual narratives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy and accessibility (including Section 508), integrate geospatial mapping, and optimize reporting performance to support program oversight, grants management, and data-driven decision-making.
