The Campaign Digital Strategy team drives fundraising and digital engagement for political and issue-based campaigns through strategic project execution and team collaboration.

As a Senior Web Designer, you will lead the design and execution of digital experiences, creating high-performance websites and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

Lead and execute full-sales lifecycle to drive new revenue: prospecting, pipeline management, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. Build relationships with foundations, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and mission-driven clients. Partner with leadership and internal teams to forecast revenue, refine strategy, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
