Develop and support ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and technical solutions for customer environments. Responsibilities include architecture support, code quality, testing, deployment, legacy-system integration using MID Server, platform documentation, and software development lifecycle controls. The role is remote and requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, relevant software development experience, ServiceNow expertise, and a technical bachelor’s degree.

Designs, secures, and optimizes scalable AWS cloud architectures for rapidly deployable cyber incident response and threat-hunting engagement kits. Develops infrastructure-as-code templates, automation frameworks, documentation, and CI/CD enhancements; implements hardened configurations and security controls; evaluates cloud technologies; conducts architecture reviews; guides implementation teams; and troubleshoots complex issues during active operations.

Gather, analyze, and disseminate cyber threat intelligence from classified and unclassified sources. Identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and intelligence gaps; recommend countermeasures and collection requirements. Produce analytical reports and briefings for operational decision-making, collaborate across agencies and stakeholders, and improve vulnerability management capabilities through research and training.
