Manage accounts receivable and billing processes: submit and reconcile invoices (including via Coupa/Ariba/Tungsten), apply cash, resolve billing tickets and discrepancies, communicate with customers, and reduce aging balances.

Support and eventually lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT. Track metrics, manage schedules, documentation, risks, and stakeholder communications while recommending process improvements.

BDR responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Support account management, update CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to nurture leads and ensure client satisfaction. Hybrid role in Makati with night shift aligning to US business hours.
