Supports partner accounts across onboarding, product demonstrations, solution selling, training, account management, and issue triage. Maintains CRM records, coordinates appointments and webinars, collaborates with Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing, and builds reports tracking key performance metrics. The role focuses on partner experience and revenue growth in a hybrid telecom environment.

Supports the full partner journey, including onboarding, product demonstrations, solution selling, training, account management, and revenue activities. Maintains CRM records, triages partner communications, escalates issues, assists with team projects, and develops performance reports. The role requires strong customer-facing communication, organization, administrative skills, social media knowledge, and the ability to meet measurable performance goals in a collaborative environment.

Provides senior-level helpdesk and systems administration support for global users, resolving complex hardware, software, network, and account issues. Administers Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, security tools, and cloud services. Monitors security alerts, supports compliance, documents solutions, maintains knowledge resources, and leads PowerShell automation and IT process-improvement initiatives.
