Teams at BCI

Leads a small engineering team supporting investment operations platforms, while remaining hands-on in software development and architecture. Responsibilities include writing production code, building data pipelines and analytical applications, deploying microservices, supporting cloud and CI/CD infrastructure, prototyping AI and LLM tools, managing technical risk and vendors, and developing engineers. The role partners closely with Financial Engineering and Investment Operations to modernize platforms, improve automation, and deliver production-grade solutions.

Support internal audit planning and execution across investment and corporate operations. Evaluate risks, business processes, and controls; document testing, evidence, findings, and recommendations; perform root cause analysis; manage concurrent audit projects; and prepare clear working papers and report sections. Collaborate with audit leadership, business stakeholders, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Controls to strengthen governance and control effectiveness.

Supports BCI’s ESG integration and stewardship programs across equity, fixed income, and partnership portfolios. Responsibilities include researching ESG data, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, benchmarking companies, executing proxy voting decisions, supporting portfolio company engagement, responding to client inquiries, preparing ESG and proxy voting reports, and maintaining team databases. The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, process improvement, and occasional administrative support.
