Supports corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, inter-company accounting, treasury support, tax documentation, audit working papers, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The Senior Analyst level also reviews work, provides guidance, and mentors accounting technicians. The role is based in Victoria, British Columbia, with limited remote flexibility.

Leads sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution, and monitoring of private credit, structured credit, alternative credit, co-investment, and fund opportunities. Performs detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation, portfolio construction, risk management, and due diligence. Manages relationships with investment partners, sponsors, intermediaries, and advisors; supports workouts and restructurings; prepares investment memoranda and presentations; and mentors junior investment professionals.

Supports strategic resources investments across metals, mining, and power by researching companies and markets, building financial models, conducting valuation and due diligence, preparing investment committee materials, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting year-end valuations. The role requires strong transaction execution, analytical, writing, and communication skills, with travel as needed for due diligence or portfolio monitoring.
