Supports derivatives lifecycle management, daily valuations, margin calls, collateral funding, FX hedging, securities lending, settlement instructions, regulatory reporting, and counterparty dispute resolution. The Associate monitors collateral and lending activity, optimizes funding and returns, coordinates recalls and trade processing, and applies AI, automation, model analysis, and process improvements across investment operations while maintaining compliance and internal controls.

The Manager, Employee Communications serves as a communications business partner for assigned business units. They develop and execute integrated internal, external, and client-facing communication plans; advise leadership; coordinate communications resources; review content; support executive messaging and publications; measure engagement; and lead emerging-issue and crisis communications. The role also promotes AI-enabled communications improvements and may manage and develop team members.

Supports infrastructure and renewable resources investment activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, portfolio company monitoring, valuations, strategic initiatives, market research, and investment presentations. The two-year early talent program provides training, mentorship, and exposure to private, public, debt, and fund investments, with potential international travel for deal execution and portfolio engagement.
