Supports the marketing team by creating brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, event collateral, website visuals, and promotional imagery. The intern prepares and edits digital and print assets, maintains the digital asset library, supports file preparation and proofing, and collaborates on creative campaigns while learning brand design and visual storytelling.

Supports parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping operations, including shipment processing, documentation, tracking, order verification, data collection, and reporting. Assists with carrier management, cross-functional problem resolution, and continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and accuracy. The intern gains hands-on experience with transportation planning, freight documentation, logistics systems, and order fulfillment while presenting project findings and recommendations.

Supports manufacturing engineering and new playground product development through 2D and 3D CAD modeling, process instructions, shop routings, ERP data management, materials research, fixture design, quality specifications, prototyping, and continuous improvement projects. The intern helps improve product functionality, safety, quality, manufacturability, and cost while collaborating with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

Supports the HR team across recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, employee engagement, training, HR systems, employee questions, and process improvement. The intern will coordinate interviews, prepare onboarding materials, maintain confidential documentation, lead new-hire check-ins, assist with employee events, and contribute to HR projects while developing practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Supports email marketing, social media execution, reporting, and special marketing projects. Responsibilities include drafting email content, designing templates, managing subscriber lists, scheduling social posts, monitoring engagement, analyzing campaign performance, organizing data, assisting with event planning, and providing administrative coordination. The intern collaborates with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and support promotional initiatives.
