Supports manufacturing quality processes for playground products through inspections, process documentation, Romer Arm programming, root cause analysis, containment activities, and continuous improvement. Creates process flows, procedures, hazard assessments, audit forms, and inspection programs using CAD models and quality software. Communicates with internal teams and assists with incoming, new-product, and production inspections in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Supports the marketing team by creating brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, event collateral, website visuals, and promotional imagery. Assists with image editing, asset library management, file preparation, proofing, brand consistency, and creative campaign development. Collaborates with marketing, web, content, and project management teams while gaining practical experience in visual storytelling and digital content creation.

Coordinate small projects, maintain project plans, track milestones, follow up with stakeholders, support cross-functional initiatives, and assist with rep website and ordering-system improvements.
